X-Tapes is a Brighton-based party & edu. platform creating opportunities for FLINTA* and LGBTQIA+ folx.  What started as a small community party has grown into a platform connecting emerging DJs through events, DJ workshops, masterclasses and panel events. The dancefloors are gritty, groovy and unapologetically fresh, bringing new sounds of techno and trance into the city. With many sold-out DJ workshops and a growing community of people learning to DJ, X-Tapes is helping people go from learning the basics to getting their first gigs and opportunities. We're now opening the decks at The Oculist to the people who have been learning with us or followed us along the way.
