Accessibility INFO
We want everyone to feel welcome at the Oculist and we'll do what we can to make the space as accessible and comfortable as possible.
🏠 Ground Floor Access
Our West Street entrance is step-free.
The entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
We have a fully accessible toilet on the ground floor.
Seating is available — just ask a member of staff if you need a spot reserved or adjusted.
🪴 Roof Terrace
Our roof terrace is only accessible via stairs.
There is currently no lift access to the rooftop — unfortunately there are no plans to do so as our building is listed under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
💡 Sensory Info
Lighting is sometimes low and music is loud, especially during peak hours and DJ sets.
If you’d prefer a quieter visit, we recommend coming earlier in the evening or midweek.
There are no strobe lights, but flashing lights are occasionally used during events.
🐾 Assistance Animals
Registered assistance dogs are welcome—though it may get a bit loud for them later in the evenings!
Water bowls and friendly staff provided.
